Passport Renewal Emergency Application
You can RENEW YOUR PASSPORT if you:
Already have a Passport that is not damaged
Received it within the past 15 years
Were at least age 16 when it was issued

You must reserve your submission date to guarantee it will be submitted and processed that day.

Passport Renewal Application Requirements
1) Your Expired Passport Book
- The passport must be in your possession
- It’s undamaged other than normal wear and tears.
- It was issued when you were 16 years or older.
- Was issued in the past 15 years
- If your name has changed please provide an original or certified copy of a legal document proving the name change
2) Passport Fees - Check or Money order made payable to the U.S. Department of State
- In the amount of $209.53 payable to the U.S. Department of State for passport
- No starter checks.
- If you want Passport Book & Card add $30.00 and the total will be $239.53.
3) Passport Photos - CVS, Walgreens, or Post office
- In color
- No glasses
- Taken within the last 6 months
- In front of plain white or off-white background
- Neutral facial expression with both eyes open
- Do not wear a hat or head covering that obscures the head or hairline
4 )Travel Itinerary - 1 Copy of confirmed International travel plans
- The applicant’s name must be on the travel documents
- Plane ticket
- Flight itinerary
- Plane E-ticket
- Hotel Reservations (Can only be used for driving across the border)
- Business Travelers ( Will need Letter from employer on company letterhead stating the reason & date for emergency travel)
4) 1-Letter of Authorization -You authorize us to submit an emergency passport on your behalf
